    This is true... however it is still better that the present situation. It also requires that the person actually has the ability to put in a single redstone shop.... The way I see it, if they show *some* form of use of the shop, and they continue to pay the rent on it, then all is fine and well.

    If my memory serves me correct, the shop in question in Shrine is tagged as a trade district shop. I think the main point is that we care not *who* uses the shop so as long as *someone* is using the shop and the shop isn't simply sitting, or being touted as "for sale to the highest bidder."...
