    1s stun every 45s that requires a backstab and can go off on anyone (you may not want to use the stun on a Paladin). A stun is gonna be strong on Ninja but at least with this the strength of the skill is somewhat 'capped'

    One person can't do it all. Delf got a lot of things done, but overall balance was still a mess. I say have a dedicated coder at the top of balance team along with someone else who knows the classes very well.
