• Reason you should be accepted: Read your whole wiki, all 16 classes, specs, I have been playing minecraft for over a year, and I have staff for the majority of that one server. So I know what is wrong what is right, I have carefully read over your rules on the wiki, and I am pleased at many of the strict guidelines etc.

Just too clarify, I noticed you brought up on another application asking the applicant about his staff on another server, I have indeed staffed/staffing on Legendarycraft, but I have been there over a year (Since July 11th 2011) and I am just tired of staffing, my friend sherm(listed as referer) told me about this server and that is what has brought be here, I do not have many responsibilities over there anymore, other then checking moderator applications, which doesn't take up much time.

I had a Silk touch , so every time Peter found diamonds he asked me too get them, so we when enchanted a Fort III pick that we would get more out of the diamonds.

The story was, Naughts had banned my main account at the time for a poor choice in name, so I got on this account, they found out because naughts asked why my IP matched the banned account so then they banned this one, after I messaged naughts saying I had only wanted too play the servers, and I don't see why if one account was banned for bad name that another with a acceptable name couldn't play, he agreed and I played for a few days, until this xray incident where this account was banned. I proceeded too log onto too another account and naughts asked me again. He followed up my messages me on the forums, and asking ''how many accounts do you have!?'' I bluffed and said ''50+ and that I just want too play the server, I didn't x-ray.'' The truth is I have about 5 but with a White-listed server I don't see that being a problem.

What I see an issue with is you having the accounts, bypassing bans by your own admission, and your x-ray ban.

Based on the x-ray ban, the bypassing bans, etc I am going to deny this application at this time. Please feel free to reapply in a few months. Perhaps by then your hacking ban will be a moot point.

Based on an X-ray ban I have given more then a reasonable explanation for, and bypassing 2 Bans 1 ban the staff realized was and should be disregarded, and another that I can assure you I didn't do, I can see you do plenty of research on servers I have played, you don't think It's odd that I have played so many servers and only been banned for x-ray on one of them. I have already spent over an hour reading up on the wiki, watching youtube videos on the server I surely hope you would reconsider this denial which is being based off 1 server when I have probably played over 45.

Ok this will be my last post, like I said I only played reddit for about 5 days, but I have played minecraft for about 13 months, if you visit www.legendarycraft.com you will see that I am 1 of 6 'Super-Admins' and I have held that position for nearly 10 months, this is not a small server that gives out ranks, it is a server with over 100,000$ revenue and averaging around 300 players, does this not count for anything? If I didn't have the ability too handle myself, too act with maturity do you think I would have lasted long? I have reviewed over 500 staff applications similar too this, I understand that abusing an alt for bypassing a ban is bad. But my time on reddit had been cut short for something that I did not do, and that was depressing right as I was starting too learn more about it and become involved, so yes I reacted poorly. Now I'm in the same situation just like here I have already learned so much about this server, and now I'm being denied access too the server, because of a month old ban for something I didn't do.

Even with all the time I have spent on Minecraft, I am not perfect. I do make mistakes, but I wish you would look at my history as a whole and not focus on 1 minor arguably false ban.

Looks like a reason was given, in fact twice. Application is denied for a third time in this thread.
