At what level do engineers get to make transmitters? The receiver which is useless unless paired with a transmitter is obtained at level 10 with the rest of the standard ICs, yet the transmitter isnt in there. Niether is it with the lvl 30 group. Im not high enough to see if its within the 50 bracket (which would just be plain stupid) and would love to know when we get it. Its probably THEE most important IC in falsebook, and allows for building so much more. I know how it needs to be reset upon reloading of the plugin/restart, and iv made a way to do that, but my entire setup is dependent on having transmitters.

Transmitters are a SELF-TRIGGERED MC. Therefore it is obtained at level 50 for an Engineer.
