Bug Townships restricting too much

I've been offline a few days and when i got back on everything seemed ok, we got town and had built some stuff. Then after a restart I tried to get into my LWC and since I can't be added to the town because there are not enough houses, I am unable to access my LWC. I also cannot use furnaces or benches in the region.

Not sure if this is intended, but it is inhibiting my ability to play.

Same. I've yet to be added to my town and am unable to access the LWCs I made before the town expanded.

Not sure if that is intended.

is it in the councilroom? because if your not added to the councilroom you cant open chests otherwises idk #BlameMulti
