an easy way to see what is needed to upgrade your town. by comparing /town cost MEDIUM,Large etc. and whats in the town bank. no idea what to call the command but let it be for all members of a town to use so they can see whats needed for the next upgrade.

This I think is needed badly, it sucks to have to do /tb view # and /town cost <size> over and over. Maybe it could be called /town req <size>? All it'd have to do is take cost and subtract current, and it'd be a lot faster and a LOT less trouble.
