• Players do not lose ownership of structures in towns they leave/it is not transferred to the town owner.
• When town protection goes down, raiders can break blocks, but not replace them.
• Enchanters cannot create soul altars.
• Players are not refunded the salvage cost of buildings when they demolish them.

Changed this a bit. Collecting all bugs I run into when helping players.

I think thats only when they don't use the designated command, but it should be both when they phsiscally remove it and with the command

-Town chat for 3.0 is weird. It posts in town chat and in regular channel.

- Oak farm doesn't accept Oak leaves as Leaves_block

- /to destroy doesn't refund you anything.

-It's difficult to find out what port id you are after create a port. Still havent figured mine out yet. It's a number.

- Quartz Quarrys doesn't recognized Blocks of Quartz as QUARTZ_BLOCK
