apparently I can't learn how to resize things I pull directly off the internet, sorry.

Like Batman, he has no real powers.
Unlike Batman, he is dirt poor and doesn't have lazy gadgets except a gun that can also grapple I think.

Like the Joker, hes fucking insane.

He's from the graphic novel/movie "Watchmen". But if you're just being introduced to him now, meh.

Stick with toons you know. Also, I would LOVE to see a HeroCraft Fight animated. Like Pyromancer versus Runeblade. Or Necro versus Druid. That would be amazing.
