Well for one, I wouldn't say a statement like ''We're heading to a third world country'' is unreasonable, considering that the US currently has 16 trillion dollar (or so) debt.

So they should just suck it up and accept that Obama (or whoever is in charge) will magically solve all the current problems?

2. The majority of people who are in need of it can't afford regular health care because they can't get a job that would cover it.

There is a large amount of people in US who can't get jobs, because they have been born with illness, they are crippled, they have mental problems or they simply were born in a poor family that couldn't afford school. They can't afford health insurance etc. and Obama Care seems like a step in the right direction for US. The ''Every man for himself'' policy is quite oldish, free health care paid in tax money will make the gap between rich and poor smaller, as the rich pay more money in tax which they can afford, instead of all the poor people paying their savings in tax.
