Like ddr said, you can bind keys to the buttons or you can bind commands to the specific mouse buttons like MOUSE3, or MOUSE4.

I have an Orochi myself and it works quite well.

You can bind the kb keys to the naga. Need to pick one up for the wife. Just hate spending 60$ on a mouse. Not enough buttons on the g500 for her.

Its really awesome when you bind your hero skills to the buttons with imp. chat. Its really useful in pvp.
