twice today I've been at residences that were set to expire at a certain time as per their '/res info' command. after the time passed when the res was set to expire, I waited for 10-15 minutes and eventually it finally became deregioned.
Another residence, the lease expiry date came and went, and after waiting for 10 minutes, the expiry time changed from 21:41 cdt to 21:53 cdt on the same day, which also came and went without the residence becoming de-regioned. Is there some sort of res wipe code that I'm not aware of where the time it expires is not precise, or is this a bug?

after waiting another 10 minutes the expiry date then changed to 22:04
