Quest lines within Herocraft?

Is it possible to have quest lines within Herocraft?

When you make a town it spawns an NPC in the towns region that when you right-click on them they give you a quest. i.e Kill 10 creepers. Bring back 20 Gold ores etc.
Upon completion of said quest you can gain a monetary reward that you put into the towns bank for future upgrades.
if this is possible then this needs to become a thing in Herocraft. If it isn't then somebody needs to make this happen.

Exactly this. The bukkit fiasco has the project on hold though.
