My experience with quests:

• Postmaster quest - tried postmaster and scribe in every possible combination I could think of, but always just got the introductory text from the postmaster and 'not available' message from scribe
• Necromancer quest - successfully supplied the bones today (second time doing this quest - I understood it was ok to do them every 24 hours) - but received no exp. Another player was interacting with the Necro at the same time, and he says he did get the exp - don't know if the quest got confused between players. Other player actually said he thought I got the exp, but I didn't see a message saying I did.

No, I've had no success with it. I found the Scribe first before I knew about the Postmaster, and wonder whether starting the sequence at the wrong place has stuffed it up for me permanently.

If you've done the postmaster one before, you can't repeat it (which is intended).
