• Fixed HeroTitles to not use case sensitive titles and also use permission nodes for granting titles.
• Whitelisted members can now use Residence regioning system - use '/res ?' - 0.75s per block protected
• Updated residence costs to reflect the new addition to whitelisted users - found here

T8 Res' more expensive? It was 0.09 per block first, and then like 0.02 per refresh?

@Kainzo these regions have reduced in size for tiers 7 and 8. How will this affect personal regions that have already been set up? Will people find part of their house is no longer regioned?
