[Ninja][Thief] - Passive Dodge

Im thinking Ninja's and Thief's should have a passive dodge chance. Something low like 3% or 5%. I also think ninja's should have a skill to increase their dodge change by like 30 or 40% for 5s.

Thoughts?

Edit: and i know its possible since theirs a skill that causes people to have a chance to miss an attack

DAMN YOU, i like to get more support before i call in kain, make it seem like the whole community wants it.

At the very least how about the ninja skill to add 40% dodge change for 5s?
