New Necro Passive

Fatigue Aura

Around 15ish blocks around the Necromancer all players are forced to Walk and cant activate Sprint.
I think it should be Toogleable like Sneak.(Being a Active and not a Passive skill if you can turn it off).
Other players in the same Party as the Necromancer are unaffected.

how about this:
Activate/15% Mana/Applies a debuff that players around 15 blocks cant sprint for 5 seconds
Root as far as i know(i know lil btw) looks a bit like this but requires more mana and has a 15 sec cd
The thing is: Root makes the target a sitting duck.
Fatigue aura makes them unable to Sprint.

Btw:If you dont mind im going to make suggestions for Paths abilities once in a while.
