Suggestion Mayor forum group?

People can't post in the war section, maybe allow mayors to post? IDK the mechanics of the forums but it shouldn't be too difficult. And I don't see it being too negative.

OR a Mayor/S.I.C. group, with certain forum privileges, like being able to delete posts in their town thread, declaring war in the WAR section, or using the Diplomacy section. I know my town wanted to declare war on another town, but it isn't accessible to us.
