3. only once because a staff member teleported to me over 10000 blocks away and destroyed my friends and I's town when griefing isn't allowed. I reported the incident to the owner but he said it didn't matter because we weren't important. then we all got on at once and created enough redstone circuits and tnt to crash the server for 5 days.

5. I was look for a good minecraft RPG server and i found this one mentioned may times.

well they banned me as soon as they looked at the server activity and who set off so much TNT. as for the reason it was just because i was seriously frustrated that i couldn't find a good server. and by that i meant one that you could build and not be griefed, had plugins to make the game experience better, and good staff that don't abuse the users or their permissions to give them an advantage. this was the seventh server my friends and I tried that had promise but it frustrated us with the staff. at the time I was 13 1/2 and kind-of a pissy kid. I havn't done anything "bad" on a server before or since and I have never griefed unless it was obvious the player has been gone for a long time.

I'll give you a chance here, but the follow are illegal:
-Greifing in certain areas
-Intentionally slowly down the server.
