Bug Mark not working on PVP

I was added to Bosk town region, but it is not letting me set a mark.
I am on the region.
It comes up with this error: "You cannot mark in a Region you have no access to!"

Have you verified that you can build on said region? have you tried marking outside of the region? what region is it?

Town region & WG region are out of sync

Town region is Bosk (Main region not a sub-region)

Pip tried to add me once, didn't work, took me off then added me again and neither worked.
It is indeed Bosk.
