Bug Lost all my levels?

Hello! Yesterday after a long time of inactivity (about 4-5 months) I have rejoined the server. But I was shocked to see all my heroes reset. I'm not 100 % sure what happened but I do know that I was a level 1 lost soul, level 1 crafter, and my title still said I mastered healer. A explanation for why my heroes was reset/levels gone would be much appreciated! I was a level 32 cleric before my inactivity if I recall. Could this be a bug of a sort? Or is there a logical reason I lost my levels?

Kainzo wiped all inactive peoples files for "Housecleaning" a few months ago.

Thank you so much for the information Johnbaur . At least I know WHY my heroes were reset now. Now I will simply begin to re level. Will be fun like the old days.

Well at least you like to mine! haha sorry about your lost levels. Leveling for me is a long and tiring process when nearing the end. Have fun leveling!

I believe if you talk to Kainzo he has backups as long as your a tier 1 donor he will restore them.
