I'll sum it up. Some skinny kid punches a fat kid in a ring of kids a couple times and the fat kid takes it for a few punches. Then he goes after the skinny kid, picks him up, turns him upside down, and smashes his head into the ground with the full weight of his fat. The fat kid walks away and the skinny kid stumbles toward the wall while his face looks like he suffered a stroke from the brain damage or something. He also looks like he hurt his ribs really badly and maybe his leg.
