limits on shops that you can rent at spawn

just a suggestion....... limiting people on taking the shops. since more than half of them don't even have anything being sold. i understand someone renting 2-3 shops but not 5-10 shops. its kinda annoying when there's more than just those people in the server and i wold like to see more people renting shops and seeing how the market on prices would be effected instead of just a select few controlling it. so I'm just suggesting on making a limit to shops you can rent.

I agree i think that a single person should have up to 2 shops to let newcomers enter the market.

There is a small monopoly right now simply because all the shops aren't available for rent yet. There are a ton of buildings in that district that have yet to be put up for sale.

I was told by @gabizou that all the shops that are going to be made have been made. Not sure we're getting many more.

There is a limit on how many shops you can rent. At this time the limit is 5.

Not sure if the admins are interested in putting more limits.
