I've been whitelisted once already

As playing on the new server i noticed i couldnt chat to the npc's and thought it was just user error, then when i got to the pointof needing to destroy a few leaf blocks toget down safely it told me i was not whiteleisted and needed to apply.

I dont know if i need to apply again, if so i can but im just confused cause i could build freely and all when the server was up last time.

Thank you and i didnt mean to be harsh but i was curious non the less. Thank you and the server looks really cool. Especially the starting area compared to how it looked last time.
