How I heard about it: I played a server and I really liked the hero plug in. So I went in search of the download for it, and I found it originated from your server, so I thought I might be able to play with the hero plug in on a server built just for it!

Looks like your application is incomplete. Refer back to the whitelist guide and update your application so it obtains all the required information. Reply back to this once you have updated it.

Looks like your missing one more important question. Also, avoid advertising other servers, that includes their ip. It is against the rules which you claim to have read.

Oh, I just thought you might like to know where I was in case you wanted more background. Edited it the agreement to EULA and ToS in.

I don't see where using another server's ip in your application would provide me with more background, unless you wanted me to visit the server (not gonna happen).
