Suggestion General: Changing the tame wolf skill on the ranger

I think that the tame wolf skill should be replaced with summon wolf (obviously this would have a limit of 1 or 2 wolves that you can summon). The reason is simply because there are no wolves or barely any that spawn making the tame wolf skill useless.

summoning wolves has been somewhat of a problem in the past and they haven't found a way to limit it to 1 to 2 wolves at a time

Strange, I always thought it was just a config file that decided how many animals appear when you "/skill summon animal"

Hotfix: Wolves are limited to 2 per chunk, and auto-delete when they exceed the limit. Give Ranger SummonWolf.

Hotfix: Wolves are limited to X per chunk per owner, and if the owner has X in the chunk they can't use the skill. If they have part of X, summon until X or the skill is hit.
