Does IRC work on a droid phone?

Im stuck in an airport with a maintance delay
And wanted to try it but i need a clickable link.
Im having navigation issues finding it with the phone.

Yes, there are apps for it. Just search IRC in the market, or you can use mibbit.com in your browser.

However, some carriers like Verizon block the ports that IRC uses so you can't connect on 3G or 4G.

Bah, it gave me a yellow triangle and black exclamation point and said out of memory!

so I just had to sit there and watch them struggle to fix the plane...
