As for Voice, I assume it will be Staff (Coder/Balance Team, Proctor/Guide/Herald, S.Guide/S.Proctor/Mod, Admin/Founder - I think) and whatever Tier and up? I assume it own't be T3 as it was in the past if certain donors do get voice, as there have been several tiers added.

Yep yep familiar with IRC and the commands ((mIRC has them all at my finger tips)), though as a voice I cannot promote people to voice. I presume Mods will be Op'ed for it?
