1) I'm a new merchant
2) I've set my signs properly
that being said. I already had a cobble shop set up. it was doing decent. I can now sell redstone. as I went to take down my cobble shop to put up a redstone shop. it didn't refund the 25s when the sign got popped. I brushed this off as lag, thinking it would eventually get to me. I set up the redstone shop. and the sign just had basic text. intead of having:

qty
B:S
item
it just had
(blank)
qty
#:#
item
is the merchant class being redone or is this possibly a serious glitch?
