10. Additional Info: I would love to be in the server to have fun on my free time, I really don't mean to do mean things to people when I go on the server, I give people respect no matter what. I have owned my own server, and I know what it is like when you get griefed, which is the reason I do not grief. I used to own noobcraft(Noobsreborn.enjin.com), but I am currently in the process of rebuilding it. I hope that this application was detailed enough.

That would simply be like saying, hey notch, you made minecraft, why do you play (insert game here)? I want to play this server because I want a server that relieves my minecraft needs.

Issue we have is many server owners come here to partake in intellectual property theft, which is why I am asking.

No, if I were to do that, I would not put the fact that I own a server on these forums. Even if I do that(which I would not do), what benefit would I have? It's not like I would get the amount of players you have just because I copy you. I would probably be called a copycat and I would probably get less players.

I really hate it when you kids give an attitude over this issue. Whether you get the same amount of players is moot, it is intellectual property theft we are concerned about, not the players you get.

I'm not giving you an attitude, I'm just asking, what benefit would I get if I were to steal anything? I can assure you that I will not steal intellectual property. I wouldn't want to use anything from this server on mine anyways, since that would mean that my server is not unique.
