Bug Bard Bow

As Bard, my class is normally allowed to use Bows. However, as soon as I put it on my offhand and switch to another slot after, it says "You are not trained to use a Bow"

This is due to offhands having their own training I believe. I can wield books or paper as a paladin in my main hand, but off.
It's probably a simple config change @Irishman81 if you wanna look, I can give it a shot if not.

I'll add it to offhand when I do the other balance changes for next week.

It's on git. Might need pushing to live and a restart.
