    So... does that mean that Diavolo will still use his plans for the city? And we're still over the ocean? I ask because I have some hefty plans for a 50x50 glass dome underneath the ocean, and I would like to have it near LightForge if possible.

    We tried holding a contest a while ago for an official HC texture pack, but it didn't turn out as popular as hoped.
