    Well, the fact that blink isn't bindable makes it so much worse. Its not usefull in combat if you have to type /c blink everytime there's a dragoon using his jump to get ya.. (I'm not installng a mod just to use blink in combat :P)

    Wizards could have use for a Water spell, like a short range blast with water particles that does area dmg in front of you. It would also slow down the player by 20% (since they are wet now) for 5 sec?
