    for limiting map size I would recomend the plugin worldborder I'm pretty sure thats what HC uses http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/mech-worldborder-v1-4-4-feature-rich-world-size-limiting-plugin-1337.11309/ It allows you to set a limit on map size and will generate all the chunks in that area

    abIlity Yea but you can't give them too many stuns/holds considering most specs only have 1 or less movement impairing skill.
