If it says 'Disconnected by server', it means you are having connection issues. Try again later, or redownload your Minecraft client. You are not on any of our Blacklists that I can see. -
groups and ic's
I haven't messed around with ICs in a while, but last I used them groups were related to permission groups, and therefore wouldn't be very useful to most players. -

No. Towns can allow them to have a headquarters there, but towns and guilds are separate entities.
