    I use it, but not against samurais. I'll put it this way, I'll respec samurai and beat ANY DK in a 1v1 without harmtouch

    No you're being absolutely ignorant. Decay does 12 dmg over 20 seconds, it's almost useless. Soulleech does 10 dmg over 20 seconds and heals you for 9 AFTER the 20 seconds. So if you run into a fight with harmtouch -> Harmtouch -> Empathy = 60 DMG, decay = -12 dmg OVER 20 seconds -> Disarm ->...
