    the auto close feature for lwc doors appears to be malfunctioning. it is possible you have it off on purpose or that you have changed the command. the command that i am familiar with is /lwc flag autoclose on

    Thats what I thought but I have died a few times now in various places and it says your tombstone cannot spawn here inventory dropped. Perhaps I was in protected regions or something without knowing.
