    Yesterday I went into arena and I was messing around, Still on the old versions of the Chaos/Order classes you would be a lvl 30/10 and gain the huge amounts of attribute points and do 200dmg with your fists. In the time during fights I was blinking around in the waiting arena, and I blinked...

    It is illegal if the intent is to permanently keep the bounty on to harass the user, however you are allowed to get someone else to place a bounty for the soul purpose of you being able to get the selected person into combat.
