    Question concerning joining towns for 'malicious intent'

    The way I've always interpreted it is that you may not join a town with the intent to cause harm to it. Like joining a town then the next day robbing them blind. But it isn't morally right to betray the trust of a town that has you on their regions even if you aren't part of their town.
