    Don't know if I can use this as a bug post, but every I leave the arenas it puts me back into a spot that I wasn't at before joining. This has happened with Arena, Col, and DM.

    Yes those are the old wrong soul shards. Here is what they look like: If it ever says "you feel this has little value" etc its old. Only ones that tell you how much they are worth and the exp they give if you consume them are sellable.
