Try getting a picture viewer (and minor editor) called "irfanview": http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm Even on a good computer it still takes a good 20-40 seconds to open, but you can scroll around on it just fine at that point. -

Regions Guide
If I was to sort out connecting Hope's End and nearby cities into the main road systems in HC should I use regions to protect the road from vanadlism? Or is this something we should petition admins to do? Or do players even take care of creating these major roads, or do admins/architects do it? -

Idea for towns
Referencing the other thread about handling town decay, it should be a bit the other direction--starting a town should be much harder, but advancing it should be easier. We have too many towns for too few server population.- Draskuul
