    you are supposed to fill in area under RT between the cobble floor and the stuff you have already laid with anything you want. to above 80 should be filled in.

    I am currently having issues logging in but as soon as i get my hands on the money I will get the official township rolling. One thing to think about is we already have enough citizens for city expansion. All those who want to keep our postponement of non wall projects in search of the city...
