    well as it is now they can repair any tools with gravel so its the same thing isnt it??? In my opinion it should take at least one of the items to create what u are repairing to repair it such as a diamond pick takes one diamond then gravel. also i did say it should some or all the the resources...

    i was thinking a smith ability that would be useful would be deconstruction. i mean when a smith comes across an iron sword or diamond armor other than a chestplate he could repair and sell it or he could deconstruct it and get the materials back that went into making it or some of them then...
