Massive lag. Ping averages at 250+
The US? Hah. The only thing lag makes difficult is PvP, which I don't see the appeal in anyway. Player 1: pixelwhackx100. Player 2 is frozen with lag. Player 1 dies from Player 2 whacking him while lagging. -
Modding License Fees
I think if Notch requires modders to pay a license fee, goodbye creativity. I doubt many modders will actually keep making mods, other than the big time ones. -

I live in in Australia and I don't usually have latency issues. Well, 200ms maybe. In an action game that's horrible. In something like Minecraft it's almost unnoticeable. -
