    Bug Entangle not working very well

    When I use entangle several possible scenarios happen. 1. it seems the enemy is heavily slowed but not rooted. 2. No effect 3. They are rooted but not for a whole 4 seconds. This has been very frustrating to me and im not sure whether other people have come in contact with this issue or not.
