    Decay spread broken

    Although not stated on the wiki, Decay is supposed to *spread* to other mobs/Players nearby the first target. After testing this on multiple ocations against players and mobs alike, Iv'e discovered this isn't the case. Skill works fine otherwise, Just spread doesn't seem to function as it should.
