  • ORE DISTRIBUTION

    Ores are partially custom-generated in the map. While all ores can be found anywhere, different ores have affinities for certain biomes above y=0. Below y=0, ores use vanilla generation mechanics. This is to encourage trade and exploration. The list of ores/biome is as follows:

    Coal- Swamp, Forest, Flower Forest, Dark Forest
    Iron - Plains, Windswept Hills, Windswept Forest, Snowy Tundra, Snowy Taiga
    Copper - Windswept Gravelly Hills, Taiga
    Gold - Desert, Savannah, Windswept Savannah
    Emerald - Southern Snowy Mountains
    Lapis Lazuli - Southern Snowy Mountains and Pine Taiga
    Redstone - South-Eastern Windswept Gravelly Hills
    Diamond - Snowy Mountains
