One lasts for 10 seconds, not 15.

The message however will last for 15 seconds.

The ability should be ending 5 seconds early, thats a bukkit/mc issue im quite sure.

Yeah, it says in my inventory that i get "speed" for 15 seconds, but cuts off at 10. The announcement however waits the whole 15 seconds and tells you that your speed is off.
