Bug T10 Getting charged for HGs

I'm T10 and was charged 60c for using HG 4 times. However @Zelphril who is T7 isn't being charged.

Edit: I seem to be the only one effected so far... @MunchlaxHero who is also T10 isn't being charged

Odd that this wouldnt be happening to T7, an @admin can research this - I'm on vacation until Sunday night.

Something weird going on here.

Firstly:

• Someone else with the same group perms as Kenneth - ie Tier 10 only - is NOT being charged for HGs. So it sounds like a problem with Kenneth's profile.

However:

• Someone with the same other group perms at Munch - ie Herald and Balance - but NOT a tier supporter at all - is NOT being charged for HGs - when apparently they should be. Unless either Herald or Balance infers T5+ perms?

This was an issue with a false permission node on kenneth - due to the way we cancel subscriptions, he negated the node.
