Hi,
I was thinking and came up with a little idea for the "Staff Application" section on the forum,
Seeing as theres like 5+ new staff applications everyday, and some dont get looked at because HeroCraft isn't looking for that type of staff at the minute so why not have a thread in there called "Current Staff Needed List" were users can look and see which type of staff is currently need, maybe have it as a table that also shows when the server might need that type of staff and how many of that type of staff is need as a max and minimum amount and this would cut down the amount of applications that dont get seen, (I dont know if the admins get PMs asking about Apps alot but if you do then...) and it will cut down the amount of PM's admins get asking about there Applications and if they can look at them, It might look alittle bit like this....

Well if you do decide to do this maybe your table will be better but I hope you get the basic idea of what im trying to say.
