Many Heroes have tried to promote water walking for various classes but now we have one in which popular gaming lore sets a precedent for it.

Shaman Water Walking: You and your party can walk on water for 5 (+X per Wisdom) seconds
30 sec cooldown, minimal mana cost, possible reagent: Feather, LilyPad, Pufferfish

edit: I know nothing of coding, but I have seen water walking with HeroSkills before.
